All orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled on the next working day.
You’ll receive an order confirmation first, followed by a dispatch update once your package is shipped.

Delivery Timeline

Our delivery window is 0–7 business days, depending on your pin code.
Metro locations usually receive orders faster, while remote areas may take a little extra time. Either way, we work to get your products to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Charges

A ₹30 shipping charge applies to every product.
Orders above ₹3000 qualify for free shipping. The final charges will be shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS. You can follow the updates until your package reaches your doorstep.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or if something feels off, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll sort it out quickly.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your address and contact details before placing the order. Any errors may cause delays or returned shipments. In such cases, reshipping may require additional charges.

Non-Serviceable Locations

If our courier partners aren’t able to deliver to your area, we’ll let you know and offer a full refund or the best possible alternative.
