Returns & exchange

We want your experience with Dice to feel simple and worry-free. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help you sort it out quickly.

What you can return

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product was bought directly from the Dice website.

  • It’s still within the return window mentioned on the product page or your order email.

  • The item is unused or only lightly tested, and the packaging is intact.

  • All labels, outer boxes and freebies are included.

If the product has been heavily used or the packaging is missing, we won’t be able to accept it as a return.

What you can’t return

To keep our hygiene and safety standards high, we do not accept returns for:

  • Products that are used beyond a small trial amount.

  • Items that arrive without their original box, seals or accessories.

  • Free gifts or promotional items sent with your order.

  • Products purchased from marketplaces or offline stores.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect

We’re very careful with packing, but if your order reaches you damaged, leaking or not what you ordered:

  • Take clear photos or a short video of the issue as soon as you open the box.

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.

  • Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or pickup as needed.

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Email us at careatdice@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Add photos or videos if there’s any damage or mismatch.

  3. Once approved, we’ll share pickup details or a return shipping label.

  4. Pack the items securely and keep them ready for courier pickup.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once we receive and check the returned product.

  • After approval, the amount will be sent back to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Bank processing times may vary, but most refunds reflect within a few working days.

Exchanges

If you want to switch to a different variant:

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • If the product you want isn’t available, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.

Order cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, you can do so only before it has been shipped. Once it’s dispatched, standard return rules will apply.
