Some banks may require additional verification (e.g., Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode) during payment — please follow your bank’s prompts when they appear.
3. Transaction Failures
In rare cases, payments may fail due to network issues, incorrect billing information, or bank-side problems.
If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your account, our system will initiate a rollback. In most cases, refunds are processed within 7–15 business days, but the exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you encounter a failed transaction and the amount is debited, please reach out to us with your order reference and payment details — we’ll assist promptly.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to pay.
If you cancel an order before it is shipped (or within our cancellation window), we will initiate a refund for the full amount paid.
If your order is returned (due to damage, defect, or any other issue as per our Return Policy), we will process the refund once we receive the returned package and complete an inspection.
Please note: processing times for refunds may differ based on the payment method and bank — we appreciate your patience.
5. No Hidden Costs
What you see at checkout is what you pay. We do not add any surprise fees beyond the final order value you approve.
All applicable taxes (GST etc.) are clearly displayed during checkout.
Shipping or COD charges (if any) are added up-front before you confirm payment.
6. Disputes or Chargebacks
If you notice any unexpected transactions or suspect unauthorized payments, please contact us immediately.
We reserve the right to decline COD or other payment options for users if we detect repeated issues or risk.
In the event of a chargeback (for card payments), we will work with the payment provider and bank to resolve the issue, but any refund will follow the outcome of that process.
