Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, here’s how it works.
Before your order is shipped
You can cancel your order anytime before it leaves our warehouse.
Just email us at careatdice@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll process the cancellation.
Once your request is approved:
Your payment will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.
After your order is shipped
Once the order is dispatched, it can’t be cancelled.
In that case, you can follow our standard return process after the order is delivered.
Prepaid orders
If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, the refund will be issued promptly after verification.
If you refuse delivery of a shipped prepaid order, the product will be returned to us, and the refund will be processed after inspection.
COD orders
COD cancellations are accepted before dispatch.
If a COD order is refused at delivery multiple times, future COD orders may be restricted.
Out-of-stock cancellations by Dice
In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may cancel it from our end.
You will be informed immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
