Refund Policy

At Dice, we want you to feel confident about every order you place with us. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help. Please read through our refund and return policy so you know exactly how things work.

When You Can Request a Return or Refund

You can raise a return or refund request if:

  1. You received a damaged, leaked or defective product.

  2. You received the wrong product.

  3. Your order is missing an item.

We accept requests within 48 hours of delivery. After this window, we may not be able to support the claim.

Conditions for Returns

To approve a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The seal, labels and box should be intact.

  • Proof of issue (unboxing video or clear photos) is required for damage, leakage or missing items.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Opened or unsealed items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items bought during special sales or offers, unless damaged on arrival

Refund Method

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

  • It usually takes 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.

Replacement Option

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we’re happy to arrange it for eligible cases.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
